目的了解玉溪市HIV感染者/AIDS病人双阳家庭及单阳家庭阳转状况,为预防控制艾滋病配偶间HIV性传播工作提供科学依据。方法从艾滋病综合防治管理信息系统筛选出2006~2013年存活可随访、现住址为玉溪市、有配偶且配偶每年都进行艾滋病抗体检测的HIV/AIDS病例资料,建立数据库进行分析。结果 519对夫妻中有218对夫妻双方为阳性,双阳家庭占42.00%(218/519),其中有205对夫妻双方在3个月内检测均为阳性,夫妻双方同时发现病例占39.50%(205/519)。在对314对单阳家庭进行随访管理后,截止2013年有13例单阳家庭阴性配偶阳转,阳转率0.96/100人年,平均阳转时间为3.60年。结论玉溪市配偶间HIV性传播较严重,且感染者是在检测前并不知自已感染HIV情况下已传播给配偶。 Objective To understand the positive gynecological status of Shuangyang family and single-yang families living with HIV / AIDS in Yuxi and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of HIV transmission among HIV-infected spouses. Methods A total of HIV / AIDS cases from 2006 to 2013 were selected from HIV / AIDS prevention and control information system. The data were collected from Yixi City. HIV / AIDS cases with spouse and spouse receiving HIV antibody test every year were analyzed. Results Of the 519 couples, 218 were positive for both couples and 42.00% (218/519) for double-yang families. Of the 205 couples, both tested positive within 3 months and both husband and wife found 39.50% (205 / 519). After conducting follow-up management of 314 pairs of single-yang families, by 2013 there were 13 cases of single-yang family negative spouse positive rotation, the positive conversion rate of 0.96 / 100 person-years, the average positive rotation time of 3.60 years. Conclusion The sexual transmission of HIV among spouses in Yuxi City is more serious, and the infected persons were transmitted to their spouse without knowledge of HIV infection before the test.
