目的观察亚血红素六肽滴眼液(DhHP-6滴眼液)对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的预防作用。方法采用大鼠半乳糖性白内障模型和裂隙灯显微镜摄影分级法,DhHP-6滴眼给药,检测大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,晶状体中SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、MDA含量,同时观察大鼠白内障发生时间,以及晶状体混浊程度。结果DhHP-6滴眼液能明显延缓大鼠半乳糖性白内障的发生,抑制晶状体混浊程度的发展,降低血清和晶状体MDA含量,增强血清和晶状体SOD活性,提高晶状体GSH-Px活性及谷胱甘肽的含量。结论DhHP-6滴眼液对大鼠半乳糖性白内障具有预防作用。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of heme-hexadecane eye drops (DhHP-6 eye drops) on galactose-induced cataract in rats. Methods Rat galactosytic cataract model and slit lamp microscope photography grading method were used to observe the changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, SOD in lens , Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, glutathione (GSH) and MDA content, cataract incidence and the degree of lens opacification were observed. Results DhHP-6 eye drops could significantly delay the development of galactose cataract, inhibit the development of lens opacity, decrease the content of MDA in serum and lens, enhance the activity of SOD in serum and lens, increase the activity of GSH-Px in lens and glutathione Peptide content. Conclusion DhHP-6 eye drops can prevent galactose-induced cataract in rats.
