在相同的试验方法和试验条件下,对35CrMnSi铸态和轧态试样做高温拉伸试验,对试验的结果进行分析对比。结果标明,铸态试样高温第Ⅲ脆性区温度范围为930~750℃,轧态试样高温第Ⅲ脆性温度区为880~750℃。从断口来看,相近温度下轧态试样的韧窝比铸态试样要深且多。
Under the same test method and test conditions, high temperature tensile test was carried out on 35CrMnSi as-cast and as-rolled specimens, and the test results were compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the temperature range of the third brittle zone in the as-cast specimen at high temperature is 930-750 ℃ and the third brittle temperature zone at the high temperature in the as-rolled specimen is 880-750 ℃. From the fracture point of view, similar to the temperature of the craters of the as-cast samples are deeper and more than the as-cast samples.
