目的分析中国疾病预防控制中心举办国家级继续医学教育项目的情况,为更好制定科学培训规划、提高培训质量提供依据。方法对2002-2006年国家级继续医学教育项目资料进行统计分析。内容包括举办项目情况、举办天数、师资、培训形式及规模、培训人数、培训学员的职称、学历情况,以及培训经费情况等。结果2002-2006年开展项目248项,其中传染病类项目最多,占48.8%。举办天数以1~5d为主,占78.0%。项目负责人年龄以41~50岁为主,占54.1%。职称以研究员为主,占58.6%。有3187人次的师资参加了培训授课。培训形式均为面授培训。培训规模以51~100人为主,占45.3%。培训总人次数达25931人次。培训学员中,中级职称学员最多,占39.4%;本科学历学员最多,占55.4%。2006年的51个项目中,76.5%的项目不收取培训经费。结论中国疾病预防控制中心举办的国家级继续医学教育项目培训重点突出,师资队伍有力,培训规模适度,培训天数、培训对象符合需求。应积极开展多种形式培训活动,合理配置培训经费,缓解培训经费不足的矛盾。
Objective To analyze the situation of the CME held by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in order to better formulate the scientific training plan and improve the quality of training. Methods The data of the national continuing medical education from 2002 to 2006 were statistically analyzed. Including the project situation, the number of days held, teachers, the form and scale of training, the number of trainees, trainees of professional titles, academic qualifications, as well as training funds and so on. Results A total of 248 projects were carried out in 2002-2006, of which infectious diseases accounted for 48.8% of the total. The number of days to 1 ~ 5d, accounting for 78.0%. The project leader is 41 to 50 years old, accounting for 54.1%. Professional title researcher, accounting for 58.6%. There are 3187 teachers participated in the training courses. Training forms are face-to-face training. The scale of training is 51 ~ 100, accounting for 45.3%. The total number of training up to 25,931 people. Among the trainees, there are the largest number of middle-level professional trainees, accounting for 39.4%; the highest number of undergraduate degree trainees, accounting for 55.4%. Of the 51 projects in 2006, 76.5% of the projects did not receive training funds. Conclusions The training of state-level continuing medical education project organized by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention highlighted the importance of a strong teaching force, moderate training scale, training days and training targets to meet the demand. Should actively carry out various forms of training activities, a reasonable allocation of training funds to ease the contradiction between lack of training funds.
