目的探讨瓦斯爆炸致吸入性损伤的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾分析221例瓦斯爆炸致吸入性损伤病例的临床特点及治疗措施。结果221例瓦斯爆炸致吸入性损伤伤情复杂,复合伤196例(88.69%),出现呼吸功能不全164例(74.21%),引起肺部感染159例(71.95%),死亡59例(26.70%)。结论瓦斯爆炸致吸入性损伤有以肺部渗出、支气管阻塞征影像学表现,呼吸功能不全发生早;及时解除呼吸道梗阻,维持有效气体交换,正确、及时肺复苏是治疗的主要措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of inhalation injury caused by gas explosion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 221 cases of gas explosion caused by inhalation injury clinical features and treatment. Results Respiratory injury caused by 221 gas explosions was complicated with 196 cases (88.69%) of composite injury, 164 cases (74.21%) of respiratory insufficiency, 159 cases (71.95%) of lung infection and 59 cases (26.70% ). Conclusions The inhalation injury caused by gas explosion includes pulmonary exudation and bronchial obstruction, and early respiratory insufficiency occurs. Pulmonary obstruction is relieved in time and the effective gas exchange is maintained. The correct and timely lung resuscitation is the main treatment.
