多媒体技术和网络技术的迅猛发展，使得人们在网络上实时共享媒体数据成为现实，Ｈ．３２３建议的公布必将规范多媒体在网络上的应用。本文就此提出了一种在局域网下进行视频会议的方法。由于媒体数据严格的时延敏感性，我们在方案设计时采用了多缓冲机制和优先权控制算法，保证了媒体数据实时传输。
The rapid development of multimedia technology and network technology makes it possible for people to share media data in real time on the Internet. 323 The proposed announcement will certainly regulate the application of multimedia on the Internet. This paper put forward a method of video conference under LAN. Due to the strict delay sensitivity of the media data, we adopt multi-buffering mechanism and priority control algorithm in the scheme design to ensure real-time transmission of media data.
