目的观察拉西地平对原发性高血压的降压疗效及其安全性。方法 72例原发性高血压患者 ,口服拉西地平 4～ 8mg ,共 6周 ,不服用其他降压药物。结果治疗 6周后 ,患者收缩压、舒张压明显降低 ,与治疗前比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后心率、血生化与肝肾功能均无改变。结论拉西地平治疗轻、中度高血压疗效好、安全可靠 ,且副作用小。
Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect and safety of lacidipine on essential hypertension. Methods 72 patients with essential hypertension, oral lacidipine 4 ~ 8mg, a total of 6 weeks, do not take other antihypertensive drugs. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). After treatment, heart rate, blood biochemistry and liver and kidney function were unchanged. Conclusion Laxidipine is effective and safe in treating light and moderate hypertension, and its side effects are small.
