1 临床资料 歼-6飞行员,男,39岁,飞行总时间2185 h。于2003年11月4日昼间驾换发动机后的歼-6飞机试飞,计划飞行高度12 000m。当上升到8000m时,救生背心突然鼓起,人被伞带紧紧地捆在座椅上。座舱压力表指示为“零”,稍后指示“—0.02 kg/cm~2”。氧气面罩不断向嘴和鼻孔加压吹气,说话困难,操纵吃力,耳胀、耳鸣、咳嗽、胸痛,双侧颞颌关节酸痛,右下腹胀痛。即停止上升,报告指挥员,2 min内紧急下降至7000m,症状无改善。随后返回,安全着陆。本次飞行
