目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)与CO_2激光疗法对尖锐湿疣亚临床感染的疗效。方法:189例CA患者先用CO_2激光去除疣体,再随即分为3组,光动力治疗组66例采用ALA-PDT疗法治疗亚临床感染,CO_2激光治疗组60例采用CO_2激光治疗亚临床感染,对照组63例仅治疗疣体,定期随访。结果:3个月后观察疗效,光动力治疗组复发率18.18%,CO_2激光治疗组复发率38.38%,对照组复发率65.08%。3组复发率之间存在明显差异。结论:光动力疗法与CO_2激光均能有效治疗亚临床感染,降低复发率,光动力疗法要优于CO_2激光。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) and CO 2 laser therapy on subclinical condyloma acuminata infection. Methods: A total of 189 CA patients were treated with CO_2 laser to remove the wart before they were divided into three groups. Sixty-six patients in the PDT group were treated with ALA-PDT for subclinical infection, and 60 patients in the CO_2 laser group were treated with CO_2 laser for subclinical infection The control group, 63 cases of wart treatment, regular follow-up. Results: The efficacy was observed after 3 months. The recurrence rate was 18.18% in the photodynamic therapy group, 38.38% in the CO 2 laser treatment group and 65.08% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the three groups in relapse rate. Conclusion: Both photodynamic therapy and CO_2 laser can effectively treat subclinical infection and reduce the recurrence rate. Photodynamic therapy is superior to CO_2 laser.
