目的对香青兰(Dracocephalum moldavica L.)化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。方法采用大孔吸附树脂AB-8,Sephadex LH20-层析和硅胶柱层析等方法分离化合物,并结合波谱学方法和化学法鉴定其结构。结果从香青兰中分离并鉴定6个化合物,咖啡酸(caffeic acid)(Ⅰ),咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(caffeicacid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(Ⅲ),齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid)(Ⅳ),金合欢素(acacetin)(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol)(Ⅵ)。结论分离纯化所得到的化合物纯度高,从而对有效成分的含量测定以及体内外药理实验铺垫了基础。
Objective To isolate, purify and structure the chemical constituents of Dracocephalum moldavica L. Methods The compounds were isolated by macroporous resin AB-8, Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic method and chemical method. Results Six compounds, caffeic acid (Ⅰ), caffeic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), oleanolic acid (Ⅳ), acacetin (Ⅴ) and Daucosterol (Ⅵ). Conclusion The compounds obtained by isolation and purification have high purity, which paves the way for the determination of active ingredients and pharmacological experiments in vitro and in vivo.
