目的:研究中国北方地区桦树花粉过敏及花粉–食物过敏综合征。创新点:国内首次研究花粉–食物过敏综合征,为中国北方地区此类患者的诊断和治疗提出了新思路。方法:采集临床中过敏患者血清,检测桦树花粉及其主要过敏原特异性免疫球蛋白E(IgE),同时检测大豆和苹果过敏原的特异性IgE,并评价其相关性。结论:中国北方地区桦树花粉季节对此花粉过敏的患者有16.7%以上,主要是对桦树花粉第一组过敏原致敏。这些患者大多数同时对大豆和苹果的主要过敏原过敏,这种特异性IgE高相关性说明临床上存在花粉–食物过敏综合征。
Objective: To study the birch pollen allergy and pollen-food allergy syndrome in northern China. Innovation: The first domestic research pollen - food allergy syndrome, for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients in northern China put forward a new idea. Methods: The sera of allergic patients were collected to detect the specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) of birch pollen and its major allergens, and to detect the specific IgE of soybean and apple allergens at the same time. The correlation was also evaluated. Conclusion: The birch pollen season in northern China is over 16.7% of the pollen allergy patients, mainly allergens of the first group of birch pollen allergens. Most of these patients are also allergic to the major allergens of soybeans and apples, and this high correlation of specific IgE indicates the presence of pollen-food allergy syndrome clinically.
