目的了解天津市某汽车用仪表生产项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素和采取的职业病危害防护措施,为建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采取职业卫生现场调查和现场检测等方法进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇、铅烟、二氧化锡、玻璃钢粉尘和噪声,检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准,检测点合格率为100%。结论该项目的职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and protective measures against occupational hazards in the production process of an automotive instrument in Tianjin and provide a scientific basis for the completion and acceptance of occupational disease prevention facilities in construction projects. Methods Occupational health field surveys and on-site testing methods such as comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, isopropanol, lead smoke, stannic oxide, fiberglass dust and noise. The test results were in line with the national occupational health standards, testing Point pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
