我国目前对于劳动者分层保护的研究较少,多停留在理论界段,对于如何在实践中为不同层次劳动者提供有效保障,甚少有人提出建议。本文立足于董保华教授提出的四阶层理论,分析并阐述四阶层理论的不足,在此基础上提出自己的建议,应当强化对底层劳动者的保护,弱化对高层劳动者的保护,维护和谐的劳动关系。
At present, there are few researches on the stratification protection of laborers in our country, and most of them stay in the theoretical circles, so few people put forward suggestions on how to provide effective safeguards for labors at different levels in practice. Based on the four-level theory put forward by Professor Dong Baohua, this article analyzes and expounds the deficiency of the fourth-level theory. Based on this, this article puts forward my own suggestions, which should strengthen the protection of the lower-level workers, weaken the protection of senior workers and maintain harmonious labor relationship.
