介绍独山子石油化工总厂炼油厂04 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置技术改造的设计特点及运行情况。此次改造在改动不大的原则下,合理利用了原装置的大部分工艺设备。装置改造后,加工能力达0.45 Mt/a,在4.0 MPa的较缓和的压力条件下,成功地实现了催化裂化柴油与焦化汽油、柴油掺炼方案,总掺炼率达30%~40%,生产出优质的精制柴油和石脑油,达到了改造的目标,且每吨原料能耗仅为481~544 MJ,处于国内较好水平。装置经过近两年的平稳运行表明技术改造是成功的。此次改造总投资 924. 5 ×10~4 RMB¥,投资回收期为 4个月。
Describes the design features and operation of 04 Mt / a diesel hydrotreating unit in Dushanzi Petrochemical Complex. The alteration is not changed in principle, the rational use of most of the original installation of process equipment. After the revamping, the processing capacity reached 0.45 Mt / a. With the moderate pressure of 4.0 MPa, the FCC diesel and coking gasoline and diesel blending programs were successfully achieved with a total blending ratio of 30% ~ 40%, to produce high-quality refined diesel and naphtha, reaching the goal of transformation, and the energy consumption per ton of raw material is only 481 ~ 544 MJ, which is at a good level in China. After nearly two years of steady operation of the device shows that the technological transformation is successful.
