本文通过动物实验探索中间种植基牙固定桥的应用原则。在一只狗下颌的三个不同部位植入种植体,继后在一个部位制作固定桥,作临床评价、X线片和组织切片检查。结果发现种植体在无载荷期均获得良好的骨性结合;承载10月后,直接受力的种植体颈部出现角型吸收,固定桥的天然基牙无不良反应,中间种植基牙周围出现均匀的x线透射区,组织切片见假性牙周膜形成。提示中间种植基牙分担了两端天然基牙载荷,虽然动物实验中中间种植基牙出现过载现象,只要注意散力和减少力,仍然是可采用的特殊修复设计。
In this paper, we explore the application principles of the middle planting abutment fixation bridge through animal experiments. Implants were implanted in three different parts of the dog's jaw, followed by a fixed bridge at one site for clinical evaluation, X-ray and histological examination. The results showed that the implants had good osseointegration during the non-loading period. After 10 months of loading, there was angular absorption in the impacted implants, the natural abutments of the implants had no adverse reactions, Uniform x-ray transmission zone, the tissue section to see the formation of pseudo-periodontal ligament. It is suggested that the middle implant abutments share the natural abutment load at both ends. Although the overburden of the middle implant abutments in animal experiments, it is still a special repair design which can be adopted by paying attention to the power dissipation and the reduction of force.
