目的:探析全科护士岗位培训对促进社区护理质量提高的有效性。方法:选择东莞市凤岗镇社区卫生服务中心2009年3月至2015年9月接受全科护士岗位培训的65名护士,对比其培训前后各项评分改善情况。结果:61名护士获得全科证,培训合格率为93.84%,其培训后平均测试分数为(93.52±10.32)分,高于培训前(72.32±5.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);接受培训后,护理各项评分改善情况、护理领域知识改善情况明显高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护士积极参与全科护士岗位培训工作,可促进护理人员综合能力明显提高,可为社区医疗服务培养综合素质人才奠定良好的基础。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of job training of general nurses to improve the quality of community nursing. Methods: Sixty-five nurses from Fenggang Town Community Health Service Center of Dongguan City from March 2009 to September 2015 were enrolled in the job training of general nurses, and their scores before and after training were compared. Results: 61 nurses received General Practice Certificate, the training pass rate was 93.84%, the average test score after training was (93.52 ± 10.32) points, which was higher than that before training (72.32 ± 5.8) points, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After training, the improvement of nursing scores, the improvement of knowledge in nursing field was significantly higher than before training, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Community nurses actively participate in the job training of nurses in general practice, which can promote the comprehensive ability of nurses to improve obviously and lay a good foundation for the training of comprehensive quality talents for community medical services.
