近红外技术可用于肿瘤早期诊断以及辅助外科手术中切除肉眼不可分辨的微小病灶。但由于其存在很多不足之处,该技术的单独应用尚不能满足需要。于是发展了近红外与其他技术的融合技术,扩展了应用范围。文中综述了几种融合技术在肿瘤研究中的应用,包括近红外与核素双标记技术的联合、近红外与荧光共振能量转移技术的联合、近红外和内镜技术的联合及近红外与碳纳米管技术的联合。
Near infrared technology can be used for early diagnosis of tumors and surgical resection of intraocular unresolved micro lesions. However, due to its many shortcomings, the application of the technology alone can not meet the needs.
