目的 观察丹参对烫伤大鼠早期心肌脂质过氧化的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠 72只 ,随机分为假烫组 (n =8)、烫伤组 (n=32 )、烫伤治疗组 (n =32 ) ,复制大鼠 30 %体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤 ,动态观察烫伤后 6、12、2 4、4 8h心肌组织MDA(丙二醛 )含量、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶 )活性。结果 大鼠烫伤后心肌组织MDA水平上升 ,SOD活性下降 ,应用丹参注射液后可在一定程度上降低心肌组织MDA水平 ,提高SOD活性。结论 丹参可能通过抑制烫伤后脂质过氧化在一定程度上减轻烫伤后早期心肌损害。
Objective To observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on myocardial lipid peroxidation in scalded rats. Methods Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: scalding group (n = 8), scald group (n = 32) and scald treatment group (n = 32). The rats were replicated with 30% body surface area III degree scald and burns were observed dynamically. The contents of MDA (malondialdehyde) and SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity in the myocardium were detected after 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours. Results After scald, the myocardial tissue MDA level increased and the activity of SOD decreased. After applying Salvia miltiorrhiza injection, the MDA level in myocardial tissue can be reduced to some extent, and SOD activity is increased. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce myocardial damage in early stage of burns to a certain extent by inhibiting lipid peroxidation after scald.
