探索了一种技术实践型、多方位立体化人才的培养模式。以教学电梯模型的设计为例,在电子系统综合设计课程中引入多校联合设计的大项目教学,提倡因人施教,实施差异性、个性化教学,由兴趣驱动学习,建立了科学健全的考核体系,发挥了不同层次学生的个人特长,充分调动了学生学习的主观能动性,锻炼了学生团队协作能力,为学生就职规划指明了方向。
Explored a kind of technical practice, multi-directional three-dimensional talent training mode. Taking the design of teaching elevator model as an example, we introduce the teaching of large project of multi-university co-design in the electronic system integrated design course, advocate teaching by individual, implement teaching of difference and individuality, study by interest and establish scientific and sound The examination system has given play to the individual strengths of students at different levels, fully mobilized students’ subjective initiative in learning, enhanced their teamwork skills and pointed out the direction for student inauguration planning.
