随着举世瞩目的三峡工程的开工兴建, 世界上最大的巨型水电机组(710 M W) 亦将投产。作为水电机组运行的重要控制设备———水轮机调速器, 其品质的好坏将直接影响到机组的安全、可靠运行和系统的稳定。尽管近10 几a 来, 我国在微机调速器研制领域取得了重大进展, 但对三峡这样的巨型机组而言仍有很多专门问题需要研究解决。为此, 针对巨型水电机组调速器的研制, 从系统结构与开发语言、液压执行机构、检验和测试、维护和发展等方面进行了一些研究与探讨, 提出了多微机分布容错、最佳维护及柔性升级等概念, 并就有关问题进行了较深入的讨论。最后就巨型水电机组调速器的国产化问题提出了一些看法。
With the construction of the Three Gorges Project, which is attracting worldwide attention, the world’s largest giant hydroelectric unit (710 MW) will also be put into operation. As an important control unit for hydropower unit operation --- turbine governor, its quality will directly affect the safety of the unit, reliable operation and system stability. Despite the recent 10-odd years, China has made great progress in the field of computer governor development. However, there are still many special problems that need to be studied and solved for such giant units such as the Three Gorges. For this reason, some researches and discussions have been made on the development of governors for mega hydropower units in terms of system architecture, language development, hydraulic actuators, inspection and testing, maintenance and development. The multi-microcomputer distribution fault tolerance and optimal maintenance And the concept of flexible upgrade, and conducted a more in-depth discussion on the issue. Finally, some opinions on the localization of giant hydropower unit governor are put forward.
