文章简介T细胞是获得性免疫应答的主要效应细胞。T细胞发育分化和功能失调常导致各种重大免疫相关疾病发生。因此,解析T细胞不同亚群的发育分化调控机制,将有助理解免疫相关重大疾病的致病机理和研发免疫防治方法。本研究发现了组蛋白去乙酰化酶SIRT1可以特异性地抑制新型T细胞亚群Th9发育分化,并在过敏性气道疾病和癌症中发挥调控效应。
Introduction T cells are the major effector cells of the adaptive immune response. T cell development and dysfunction often lead to a variety of major immune-related diseases. Therefore, resolving the regulatory mechanism of development and differentiation of different T-cell subsets will help to understand the pathogenesis of immune-related major diseases and to develop immunological prevention and treatment methods. This study found that histone deacetylase SIRT1 can specifically inhibit the development of new T cell subsets Th9 differentiation and play an important regulatory role in allergic airway diseases and cancer.
