我叫李亚洲,是国网淄博供电公司配电运维班副班长。我们班负责淄博市中心城区配电网运维检修,管辖供电线路895公里,承担着25万电力客户的抢修保电、便民服务等任务。落实“四大体系”责任体系明确了“谁来干”。我们成立了班组建设工作小组,下设班组建设专责人、对标小组和考评小组。专责人负责日常检查,对标小组负责核心业务管控,考评小组负责业绩考评。标准体系明确了“怎么干”。我们将班组工作细化为23项
