经济犯罪案件的嫌疑人与其他案件的嫌疑人相比,有其特有的心理特点。侦查人员需要根据具体情况,因势利导,恰当运用讯问策略。审讯的基本立场是要向讯问对象推销并让其接受“如实供述对自己有利”的观点。讯问策略的利用就是要围绕这个“利”字做文章,因势利导,以“利”诱之,促使其如实供述。具体而言,就是要刚柔并济,情理交融,用无形压力促其供述;欲擒故纵,避实击虚,用客观事实迫其认罪;攻心夺气,重点突破,用证据逼其如实供述。
Compared with the suspects in other cases, the suspects in economic crimes have their own unique psychological characteristics.
