目的:研究洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位对免疫功能、皮肤角化及上皮细胞有丝分裂的影响,进一步阐明其药理作用,为临床应用和开发新药提供依据。方法:通过对小鼠溶血素含量的影响及对植物血凝素(PHA)刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响,研究其对免疫功能的作用;研究其对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂活性和对小鼠尾背部皮肤鳞片角化的影响。结果:洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位对正常小鼠溶血素含量有降低的趋势,但无明显差异性;对PHA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞转化无明显影响。可显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂;显著提高小鼠尾鳞片颗粒层形成数,有明显的促进皮肤角化的作用。结论:洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位对实验动物的体液免疫和细胞免疫无明显影响;具有明显抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和促进小鼠尾背部皮肤鳞片角化的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Flos Sophorae on the immune function, skin keratinization and epithelial cell mitosis in the treatment of psoriasis active parts, further elucidate its pharmacological effects, and provide basis for clinical application and development of new drugs. METHODS: The effect of hemolysin content in mice and the effect of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) stimulated lymphocyte transformation in mice was studied to investigate its effect on immune function; its mitotic activity on mouse vaginal epithelial cells and its The effect of keratinization on the scales of mouse tail skin. RESULTS: The effective fraction of psoriasis treated with Yangjinhua had a tendency to decrease the hemolysin content in normal mice, but there was no significant difference. There was no significant effect on the lymphocyte transformation of PHA-stimulated mice. It can significantly inhibit the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelial cells; it can significantly increase the formation of the granular layer of mouse tail scales, and it can significantly promote the skin keratinization. Conclusion: The effective fraction of psoriasis treated with Yangjinhua had no significant effect on the humoral immunity and cellular immunity of experimental animals. It had obvious effect on inhibiting mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelial cells and promoting keratinization of mouse tail caudal skin.
