现代半导体技术及无线电技术,对具有优良电气性能的硒的纯度要求越来越高。制备高纯度硒必须根据粗硒中杂质情况及具体条件来选择方法,一般先用化学方法除去大部份杂质,再用物理方法在较高的温度下精制,而且需在石英设备中进行。本实验的目的,在于寻求用一般玻璃设备处理来源于炼汞及炼锑等工业中所回收的粗硒以制备高纯度硒的适于工业生产的方法。
Modern semiconductor technology and radio technology, the purity of the selenium with excellent electrical performance requirements are higher and higher. Preparation of high-purity selenium must be based on impurities in crude selenium and the specific conditions to choose the method, the general first chemical method to remove most of the impurities, and then physical methods at higher temperatures refined, but also in quartz equipment. The purpose of this experiment was to find a suitable industrial process for the processing of crude selenium recovered from industries such as smelting of mercury and stillanes with conventional glass equipment to produce high purity selenium.
