目的观察原发性甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)患者的心肌酶与疗效之间的变化关系。方法对34例确诊原发性甲减患者进行甲状腺激素替代治疗,比较治疗前后心肌酶与甲状腺功能之间的量变关系。结果原发性甲减患者有不同程度的心肌酶学改变,经甲状腺激素替代治疗后心肌酶可恢复正常,血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)及谷草转氨酶(AST)与促甲状腺激素(TSH)呈正相关,与游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)呈负相关。结论原发性甲减可有心肌酶升高,并随病情好转而降低,可作为疗效判断的参考指标之一。
Objective To observe the relationship between myocardial enzyme and efficacy in patients with primary hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism). Methods Thirty-four patients with confirmed primary hypothyroidism were treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy. The relationship between myocardial enzymes and thyroid function was compared before and after treatment. Results Primary hypothyroidism patients with varying degrees of myocardial enzymology changes, after thyroid hormone replacement therapy can resume normal myocardial enzymes, serum creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), α-hydroxybutyric acid There was a positive correlation between dehydrogenase (HBDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and thyrotropin (TSH), and negative correlation with free triiodothyronine (FT3) and serum free thyroxine (FT4). Conclusion Primary hypothyroidism may have elevated myocardial enzymes, and with the condition improved and reduced, can be used as a reference to determine the efficacy of indicators.
