采用铜基钎料HL801 和银基钎料HL304 进行了砂盘制造工艺研究,通过测量磨粒与基体间的剪切强度来评价二者的结合强度,并由此获得两种钎料的最佳钎焊工艺参数。在最佳钎焊工艺参数条件下分别采用两种钎料制备的砂盘样品对石材进行磨削试验,结果表明两种钎料制备的砂盘均具有良好的磨削性能。
The manufacturing process of sand disks was studied by using copper-based solder HL801 and silver-based solder HL304. The bonding strength between the two was evaluated by measuring the shear strength between the abrasive particles and the matrix, Brazing process parameters. Under the optimal brazing process parameters, two kinds of sand samples prepared from brazing filler were used to grind the stone respectively. The results show that the grinding disks prepared from both brazing materials have good grinding performance.
