在介绍小波分析原理的基础上,阐述了如何综合应用小波分析技术对矿山机械轴承进行故障检测的方法。该方法通过对小波阈值降噪、小波能量谱和小波包络谱技术综合应用及联合编程,实现了仅需对振动信号进行一次小波分解和对能量集中频段单支小波重构,即可完成整个检测过程,从而降低了噪声对故障检测的干扰,提高了检测效率及其准确性。试验结果表明,该方法对滚动轴承故障具有很好的检测效果及实用价值。
On the basis of introducing the principle of wavelet analysis, this paper describes how to apply the wavelet analysis technology to fault detection of mining machinery bearings.
