学校管理要以人为本,这是由学校管理的特殊性决定的。学校的根本任务是培养人才,即教职工在学校管理者的管理下开展教育和培养学生的活动,所涉及到的三个方面是:学校管理者——教职工——学生,是一个由“人——人——人”构成的管理系统。所以,学校管理归根到底是对“人”的管理。在学校管理中,我体会最深的是:坚持以人为本,需要在加强对人的管理过程中,正确处理好约束与调动、服从与协调、使用与培养、求同与存异等的关系。
School management should be people-oriented, which is determined by the particularity of school management. The basic mission of the school is to train talents, that is, the staff members should carry out education and train their students under the management of the school administrators. The three aspects involved are: the school manager-faculty-student, “People - people - people” constitute a management system. Therefore, the school management in the final analysis is “people ” management. In school management, my deepest understanding is: adhere to the people-oriented, we need to properly handle the constraints of management and transfer, obey and coordination, use and training, seeking common ground and the relationship between the different.
