学校管理要以人为本,这是由学校管理的特殊性决定的。学校的根本任务是培养人才,即教职工在学校管理者的管理下开展教育和培养学生的活动,所涉及到的三个方面是:学校管理者——教职工——学生,是一个由“人——人——人”构成的管理系统。所以,学校管理归根到底是对“人”的管理。在学校管理中,我体会最深的是:坚持以人为本,需要在加强对人的管理过程中,正确处理好约束与调动、服从与协调、使用与培养、求同与存异等的关系。 School management should be people-oriented, which is determined by the particularity of school management.
