心血管疾病中最常见的病理变化是动脉粥样硬化。楼福庆(1)、Young[2]、Stagg[3]相继报道了茶叶有防治家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化作用。我们研究室的工作[4]亦证明福建乌龙茶具有降低血液粘滞性、凝固性及防止血栓形成等作用,推测乌龙茶有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。本文旨在探索乌龙茶对家兔食饵性高胆固醇血症及动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的防治效应。现将实验结果报道如下。
The most common pathological change in cardiovascular disease is atherosclerosis. Lou Fook-ching (1), Young [2] and Stagg [3] reported that tea has the effect of preventing experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. The work of our laboratory [4] also proved that oolong tea in Fujian has the effect of reducing blood viscosity, coagulation and preventing thrombosis, suggesting that oolong tea has anti-atherosclerotic effect. The purpose of this article is to explore the prevention and treatment effect of oolong tea on the euglycemic hypercholesterolemia and the formation of atherosclerotic plaque in rabbits. The experimental results are reported below.
