在红外、可见光等遥感系统中,对慢扫描成象进行实时图像显示,往往是十分必要,但又不易获得满意效果的。目前,慢扫描成像的实时显示,不外乎用:普通长余辉显像管;记忆示波管,发光二极管多元线阵加光机扫描,……另外,采用一种叫干银纸的非常规感光材料的准实时显示器,目前国内也在研制中。我们在机载红外扫描成像系统中,初步尝试用半导体存贮器来作为频率转换部件,从而实现了用电视扫描频率来显示低行频的红外光
