采用Windows2000/XP为开发平台,VC.NET为开发工具,结合OSG图形开发包进行开发的虚拟数控车削系统,可以使用户按照实际要求的加工参数在虚拟状态下随意改变加工条件和加工状态,通过虚拟数控车削系统对输入的数控指令进行解析,再现真实机械加工过程,方便在虚拟环境中开展数控加工方面的研究与应用实践。
Using Windows2000 / XP as the development platform and VC.NET as the development tools, the virtual CNC turning system developed by combining the OSG graphics development kit can make users freely change the processing conditions and processing states under the virtual conditions according to the actual processing parameters. The virtual CNC turning system analyzes the input CNC commands to reproduce the real machining process and facilitates the research and application practice of NC machining in the virtual environment.
