铁路建设是我国基础设施建设的重点项目。而铁路建设往往耗资巨大,涉及面很广,对建筑工程行业和交通运输行业都有很大的影响。如何降低工程成本,提高工程建设效率,是企业提高市场竞争力,争取利益最大化的关键性问题。铁路基建施工企业除了对工程招投标、施工阶段、质量验收等方面进行科学的管理外,不能忽视对物资机电方面的采购和管理工作。本文主要从对物资机电管理的研究意义和实际管理状况进行分析,结合工作实践经验,提出一些物资机电管理方面的改进建议。
Railway construction is the key project of China’s infrastructure construction. However, railway construction is often costly and involves a wide range of impacts on the construction industry and the transportation industry. How to reduce the project cost and improve the efficiency of project construction are the key issues for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and maximize profits. Railway infrastructure construction enterprises in addition to the project bidding, construction phase, quality acceptance and other aspects of scientific management, can not ignore the procurement of materials and electrical aspects of the work and management. This article mainly analyzes the research significance and the actual management status of material electromechanical management, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of material electromechanical management based on practical experience.
