【目的】本文旨在探究中学生物教师在课堂教学过程中具可操作性、可靠性、时效性的健康指导手段。【方法】本文重点利用生物教师对中学生进行身心健康教育的优势,从生命活动调节和心理上毅力、主动性等角度在生物教学中渗透身心健康教育,根据学生变化情况和进行统计调查分析,获得对学生有益的干预原则。【结果】调查样本患胃溃疡发病率由0.3%下降至0.1%,荨麻疹过敏发病率由0.05%下降至0.02%,体育意外伤害发病率由5%下降到1.8%。学生的心理健康水平呈明显提高趋势,心理亚健康的学生人数比例由5%下降到2.2%。【结论】通过教师在生物教学中的合理干预,学生身心健康状况有了较明显改善。
【Objective】 The purpose of this paper is to explore the health instructive measures of middle school biology teachers in the process of classroom teaching with operability, reliability and timeliness. 【Method】 This paper focuses on the advantages of biological teachers in physical and mental health education for middle school students, infiltrating physical and mental health education in biology teaching from the aspects of life activity regulation and psychological perseverance and initiative. According to the changes of students and statistical investigation and analysis, Good for students intervention principle. 【Results】 The incidence of gastric ulcer in the survey sample decreased from 0.3% to 0.1%, the incidence of urticaria allergy decreased from 0.05% to 0.02%, and the incidence of sports accidental injury decreased from 5% to 1.8%. The level of mental health of students showed a marked increase. The proportion of students with mental and sub-health dropped from 5% to 2.2%. 【Conclusion】 Through the reasonable intervention of teachers in biology teaching, the physical and mental health of students has been significantly improved.
