很多教育专家说:“爱是最好的教育。”但教学实践中,我们常常发现,一味的爱并不是最好的教育。爱,是一门学问,作为一位教师,怎样正确地爱呢?下面以学困生的转化为例,浅谈自己的看法。一、教师的爱要真诚每一个班级,都有一部分学困生,他们或者学习成绩差,在人前抬不起头来,或者家境困难,缺乏自信,或者单亲缺爱,内心孤独。教师面对的就是这样一颗颗幼稚的心灵,敏感而又脆弱。
