目的建立紫草三黄栓的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫草、当归、冰片、薄荷脑进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中栀子含量。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定栀子苷浓度在9.0-90μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997(n=5),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.97%。结论定性、定量方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于紫草三黄栓的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Lithospermum three yellow suppository. Methods Lithospermum, Angelica, borneol and menthol were qualitatively identified by TLC. The contents of Gardenia jasminoides in the samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The chromatographic spots identified by TLC were clear and the negative control had no interference. The content of geniposide showed a good linearity in the range of 9.0-90 μg / mL with r = 0.9997 (n = 5) and the average recovery was 99.2% RSD is 1.97%. Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of comfrey rhizome.
