目的:观察在常规疗法的基础上采用左卡尼汀联合参麦注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:将160例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分成观察组与对照组各80例,对照组按照常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组常规疗法的基础上,采用左卡尼汀与参麦注射液联合治疗方案,观察与记录2组患者治疗前后的超声心动图心功能指标,包括左室短轴缩短率(FS)、每搏心输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)等,并评定治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的65.00%,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。对照组患者治疗前后的FS、SV、LVEF水平对比,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的各心功能指标值均得到显著恢复(P<0.01),且均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗期间及治疗后均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:在常规疗法的基础上,联合使用左卡尼汀与参麦注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者,可提高临床疗效、改善心功能、安全性高。
Objective: To observe the effect of levocarnitine and shenmai injection on patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy on the basis of conventional therapy. Methods: 160 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 80 cases, the control group according to the conventional method of treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of conventional therapy, the use of levocarnitine and Shenmai Injection combined with treatment regimen were observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with echocardiography heart function indicators, including left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), stroke volume (SV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) Etc., and assess the clinical efficacy after treatment. The indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were significantly recovered after treatment (P <0.01) In the control group (P <0.05). Two groups of patients during treatment and after treatment did not occur serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: On the basis of conventional therapy, the combination of L-carnitine and Shenmai injection in the treatment of patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy can improve the clinical curative effect, improve the cardiac function and have high safety.
