本文对纤维改性酶在卷烟纸生产中的应用效果及效益进行了简要分析。结果表明,在浆料中加入纤维改性酶,能使打浆时间缩短;在相同打浆度终点下,加纤维改性酶后纵向抗张强度提高了17.39%;对长纤维粘状浆分丝、帚化增强效果明显,并且能促进短纤维的润胀;提高细小纤维和填料的留着率,从而降低成本。本文最后展望了纤维改性酶在长纤维粘状打浆中的应用前景。
In this paper, the application of fiber-modified enzyme in cigarette paper production and the effectiveness of a brief analysis. The results showed that the addition of fiber modified enzyme in the slurry can shorten the beating time; at the end of the same beating degree, the longitudinal tensile strength increased by 17.39% after adding fiber modified enzyme; Broom enhancement is obvious, and can promote short fiber swelling; increase the retention of fines and fillers, thereby reducing costs. At the end of this paper, the prospect of application of fiber-modified enzymes in long-fiber viscous beating is forecasted.
