一、前言在磁性材料中,有铜铁同时存在时,如不分离,用氧化还原法测定铜或铁就会互相干扰。根据钐钻铜铁锆永磁材料情况,采用以前二氯化锡还原,重铬酸钾滴定法测铁铜含量,就互有干扰,同时还使用氯化高汞等有毒试剂,对操作人员及环境有害。因此本文采用在弱酸性条件下,用碘量法先测定铜及铁合量,然后在相同条件下用氟化物掩蔽铁(Fe~(3+))测定铜含量,由此可算出铜、铁含量。碘量法不但灵敏度高,而且具有快速,操作简便无毒等优
