陶瓷球形铸造砂具有耐高温、高强度、低破碎率、良好的流动性等优点,可适用于各种恶劣浇铸环境。本文以阳泉特级铝矾土及轻质氧化镁为原材料,通过固相烧结法制备了陶瓷球形砂。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,材料中镁铝尖晶石相逐渐发育长大,并被液相所润湿包覆,材料气孔率下降,抗弯强度与体积密度升高;升温至1 500℃及以后,材料的体积密度、气孔率及抗弯强度趋于稳定。
Ceramic spherical casting sand with high temperature resistance, high strength, low crushing rate, good fluidity, etc., can be applied to a variety of harsh casting environment. In this paper, Yangquan premium bauxite and light magnesium oxide as raw materials, prepared by solid-phase sintering spherical ceramic sand. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the spinel phase of Mg-Al alloy gradually grows and is wetted by the liquid phase, the porosity of the material decreases, and the flexural strength and bulk density increase; 1 500 ℃ and later, the material bulk density, porosity and bending strength tends to be stable.
