水样的采集和保存是水质分析的重要部分.有资料介绍测定氟化物样品最适的保存方式为聚乙烯瓶4℃保存7天左右,由于氟化物能与玻璃瓶发生反应而使测定结果偏低,建议不用玻璃瓶保存,为此作了比较,发现两种容器保存对测定结果无影响.1 材料与方法用清洗干净的聚乙烯塑料桶和玻璃瓶各20个,分别采集饮用井水10份,每份水样分四种保存方式,分别为塑料桶室温保存,塑料桶2~8℃冰箱保存,玻璃瓶室温保存,玻璃瓶2~8℃冰箱保存.分别于第0天、10天、20天、30天、90天测定各水样氟化物值.每次测定后立即放回原处.
