目的研究乳腺癌中TSG101与HIF-1α的关系。方法使用免疫组织化学方法检测TSG101与HIF-1α在54例人乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 TSG101和与HIF-1α蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为74.07%、77.78%。TSG101与HIF-1α在乳腺癌组织中的蛋白表达存在正相关(r=0.395,P<0.05)。结论 TSG101可能是对HIF-1α的基因表达和转录活性的一个重要的调节因子。
Objective To study the relationship between TSG101 and HIF-1α in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TSG101 and HIF-1α in 54 human breast cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of TSG101 and HIF-1α in breast cancer tissues were 74.07% and 77.78%, respectively. There was a positive correlation between TSG101 and HIF-1α protein expression in breast cancer (r = 0.395, P <0.05). Conclusion TSG101 may be an important regulator of gene expression and transcriptional activity of HIF-1α.
