Y结双Y带线环行器的理论分析与设计

本文从Maxwell方程出发,采用等效平板波导和本征模展开的方法,在丫结端口处进行场分量匹配,从而严格求得带线Y结(双Y)环行器的[S]参数及其外部特性。计算了环行器的频率特性;比较了不同耦合角和不同铁氧体材料的计算结果和环行器性能;给出了Y结(及Y)环行器的设计参数范围。此外还用网络理论导出了采用匹配变换段的环行器的[S]参数,从而完成了完整的性能分析与计算。实验结果证明了理论分析是正确的。 Starting from the Maxwell equation, the equivalent slab waveguide and eigenmode expansion are used to match the field components at the port of Y-junction, so that the [S] External characteristics. The frequency characteristics of the circulator were calculated. The calculation results of different coupling angles and different ferrite materials and the performance of the circulator were compared. The design parameters of the Y-junction (and Y) circulator were given. In addition, [S] parameters of the circulator with matched transform sections were derived from the network theory, thus completing the complete performance analysis and calculation. The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct.
