目的观察一种二氧化氯消毒粉的杀菌性能。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化测定方法,对该消毒剂性能进行了实验室试验。结果消毒粉A和B两剂混合,溶解于2 L蒸馏水中活化后二氧化氯含量为3 902 mg/L。用浓度为78 mg/L二氧化氯溶液作用5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。用相同浓度该二氧化氯消毒液对物体表面作擦拭消毒并作用10min,对表面自然菌平均杀灭对数值>1.00。在天然水样中加入该二氧化氯约1.0 mg/L作用30 min,使水样中大肠杆菌下降至0 cfu/100 ml。结论该二氧化氯消毒粉杀菌效果较好,在较低浓度条件下对物体表面和水体消毒均效果较好。
