为了适应我国蚕业生产发展的需要,我们合成了二个高活性的保幼激素类似物(Ⅵ和Ⅶ),供家蚕增丝试验。这二种类似物的合成系采用香叶醇(或芳樟醇)为原料。用三溴化磷(或三氯化磷)处理得香叶基溴(或氯)(Ⅹa,b),然后在乙醇钠(或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾)下与对乙基苯酚缩合生成对乙基苯萜烯醚(Ⅺ),再在适当的醇中经烷氧汞化和用氢硼化钠(或氢硼化钾)脱汞,即得所需产物Ⅵ或Ⅶ以及副产物Ⅻ。经对家蚕生物鉴定,证明Ⅵ比Ⅶ好。本文也报导了最终产物和有关中间体的主要物理化学常数。
In order to meet the needs of the development of sericulture in our country, we synthesized two high-activity juvenile hormone analogues (Ⅵ and Ⅶ) for silkworm increased silk production test. After the biological identification of silkworm, Ⅵ proved better than Ⅶ. This article also reports on the major physicochemical constants of the final product and related intermediates.
