Objective To observe the influence of internal and external environmental factors on the emergency and prevention of VX poisoning in ships. Methods The experiment was divided into 6 groups: drowning, collision, noise, swinging, high cabin temperature and low deck temperature. The emergency medicine was injected intramuscularly and administered 2 hours before drug poisoning. Drowning group: VX 15 0 μg · kg-1im in the first aid group was drowned after the seawater was drowned, and the neurotoxic drug was given in the emergency group. The prevention group was poisoned with VX5 0 μg · kg-1 after the prevention of drug-induced drowsiness. The collision group dropped from the 2m high deck hatch; the noise group was placed in the noise cabin of 125dBA for 8h; the swing group was placed on the front deck of the ship for 8h; the high temperature group and the low temperature group were selected for 4h and 5 ℃ environment for 2h, First Aid and Prevention Experiment. 2 4h survival rate observed. Results In the first aid group, the rate of 15 0 μg · kg-1VX poisoning was 60% after the drowning, 80% after the collision, 100% in the swing group, 100% in the noise group and 80% in the cabin. , Deck low temperature of 10 0%. In the prevention group, 50 μg · kg-1VX was poisoned, the survival rate after drowning was 0%, 60% after the collision, 80% in the swing group, 80% in the noise group, 80% in the cabin and 10 ° in the deck %. Conclusions Under the condition of navigating ships, different internal and external factors have certain influence on the first aid prevention potency of nerve-poisoning VX
