The special attributes of military products determine the imperfect competitive properties of the military market. New enterprises will face a series of barriers if they want to enter this field. The formation of military market barriers to entry stems not only from the competitive pressure in the general market environment, but also from the state’s special control over the national defense science and technology industry. This article analyzes the status quo of private-owned enterprises participating in the military market and puts forward relevant thinking.
