中职学校的学生学业的成功与失败是师生关心的问题。如何使中职生提高成学业功期望,增强成功的自信心,是职业教育工作者的一个课题。在教师的指导下选准归因依据,对学生采取恰当的方式,区别不同情况引导学生自我归因,提供适度的帮助和指导能有效地提高学生的效能期待强度。
The success and failure of students in secondary vocational schools is a matter of concern to teachers and students. How to make secondary vocational students improve their academic performance expectations and enhance the confidence of success is a task of vocational education workers. Under the guidance of the teacher, the criteria of attribution should be chosen. Students should take appropriate measures to differentiate different situations to guide students ’self-attribution and to provide moderate help and guidance so as to effectively enhance the expected strength of students’ performance.
