行走跑偏是履带式液压挖掘机的一种常见故障,一定程度内的跑偏可以通过驾驶员对机器的合理操控来进行调整,但频繁进行行进方向调整会降低工作效率。以某型市政工程用履带式液压挖掘机行走跑偏故障为例,分析可能导致故障的各种因素,遵循先易后难、先观察后拆检的原则,进行故障分析排除。所述故障排查方法可供解决类似问题时参考。
Walking deviation is a common failure of a crawler hydraulic excavator. To some extent, deviation can be adjusted by the driver through reasonable control of the machine. However, frequent adjustment of the traveling direction will reduce work efficiency. Take a type of municipal engineering with crawler hydraulic excavator running deviation as an example, analysis of various factors that may lead to failure, follow the principle of easy first, then observe the principle of dismantling, troubleshooting analysis. The troubleshooting method is for reference when solving similar problems.
