软硬酸碱原则是Pearson在六十年代中期根据大量实验事实总结出来的规则。由于这一原则可以解释大量配位化学的实验事实,所以它在许多领域中得到了广泛的应用。岩矿分析中的许多问题也可用软硬酸碱原则解释。本文讨论了这一原则在掩蔽和解蔽、配合滴定、沉淀和共沉淀以及溶剂萃取等方面的应用。
